Great Northern Spice Co. began in our Cheshire kitchen with a simple idea: create clean, handcrafted spice blends that deliver exceptional flavour without unnecessary ingredients. When wife Lotty struggled to find blends without added sugar, Paul started developing his own recipes using only natural herbs and spices. What began as a handful of homemade blends soon grew into a business built on quality, authenticity and a passion for helping people cook incredible food with confidence.
Since launching in 2023, we've attended over 150 events, built a thriving online store, earned a prestigious Great Taste Award and been featured in Cheshire Life magazine as one of the region's best food producers.
