Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe
You will need...
Ingredients
4 tablespoons of Great Northern Spice Buffalo Rub & Seasoning
Full pack of chicken wings, legs or thighs
2 tablespoons rapeseed oil (or olive oil)
How to cook
Simply use as a dry rub or marinade your meat overnight.
On a large board, prep chicken or other meat option by drizzling the oil over both sides.
Sprinkle over as much of our Buffalo Rub & Seasoning as you like, gently rubbing the seasoning in to the meat.
On the BBQ, gently place on the grill and leave to cook for the times recommended, depending on the size of the meat you have purchased. We recommend to 90% cook chicken in the oven, then finish off on the BBQ.
Please ensure all meats are thoroughly cooked, and serve with your choice sides.
