One of the most popular dishes to come out of Japan, the Katsu curry, pronounced 'katsukarē' in Japanese traditionally consists of curry, rice and Tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlet), although you can use chicken. 
 
HOW TO USE THE KATSU CURRY BLEND
Add 1.5 tablespoons to diced onion, stock and coconut milk to produce a fantastic Katsu sauce. Then simply pour over your meat option. Follow our recipe to get the best out of this blend.

    Just the right amount of spice

    My fiance loves Katsu Chicken but can't take a lot of spice. This blend is perfect, it makes a lovely curry and is the perfect level of spice for my fiance.

    Perfect Katsu Blend :)

    Tried for the first time, using the recipe pages from the website. Couldn't believe how easy it was to follow the instructions, This Katsu spice mix is awesome. Katsu is one of my all time favourite restaurant dishes, but I've never been brave enough to try at home before. Done in no time, tasted absolutely delicious and great knowing it's a healthier option with no added sugar. Perfection in a jar! :)

    Tastiness in one jar

    Wasn't 100% sure what Katsu was but I wanted to try something knew, I followed the instructions on the QR code, I was amazed to find I only needed to use less than 2 tablespoons and the flavour was amazing. Katsu convert now.
