Originally invented by the Mughal court, the modern day Pasanda stands out from the rest and will give you a rest from the spicier curries. Mild and creamy like a Korma, it has beautiful subtle notes of spice and would normally be cooked with ground almonds.
 
HOW TO USE THE DOPIAZA CURRY BLEND
Use 1 tablespoon per person with natural yogurt and double cream to create a creamy curry. Perfect for those who don’t like a spicy curry. Follow our recipe to get the best out of this blend.

    Garam Masala, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Salt.
